Most lenders in the ranking saw an increase between Q3 2024 and Q4 2024, with Arvest Bank seeing the largest increase at 67.29%. Among the top 20 residential servicers, the average change in unpaid principal balance between Q3 and Q4 was 16.94%.
The data in this ranking came from National Mortgage News’ MortgageStats site, which pulls information from quarterly call reports available from the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council.
