It is currently managed by the Pacific Plaza Resort, but can also be self managed via Air BnB and VRBO to achieve maximum profits. The owner is able to use this space for personal use up to 84 days per year. No guest, or owner, may stay more than 29 days in a row. The HOA fee covers ALL utilities, cable tv, internet, and maintenance of the entire building’s exterior and grounds. Financing is available with 25% down.
